The Poynt is located at 31 Water Street, Newburyport, MA 01950, right along the Newburyport waterfront in the heart of downtown. We're an easy walk from the boardwalk, Market Square and the rest of downtown Newburyport's shops and galleries, making us a natural stop before or after an evening exploring the city.
